Sol Classical Pilates is owned and operated by Michelle Bedard. After completing over 950 hours of instruction and practice, Michelle graduated from The Pilates Center as an Advanced Classical Instructor. She believes in teaching with compassion, encouragement and humor, so that ANY BODY can feel successful practicing Pilates. If you follow the classical repertoire, you will feel stronger, more flexible and balanced, your breathing will improve and you will gain a better mind-body connection.
